I agree it is the Holiday season and the carrier of choice may DELAY my order or show "In transit" for an extended period of time. I agree this is not the fault nor responsibility of Columbus Road Prints. I agree to follow tracking and discuss the delayed shipment with my choice of carrier - such as the United States Postal Service and not Columbus Road Prints.
I agree that I have supplied my CORRECT ADDRESS for shipping according to carrier guidelines. I have double checked my address and understand that packages that are undeliverable and returned to Columbus Road Prints will not be reshipped unless I repay for shipping AFTER package has been returned.
I understand that a new package will NOT be shipped (prior to return of first package) and that I will have to reorder my items if I wish to get a second package sent prior to return of first. I understand that I am able to ensure my package and do not hold shop responsible for uninsured packages.
I agree to not mail my package to a post office box, APO, or business address. If I choose to do so, and the package is not delivered, I cannot hold the shop responsible.
I agree to not claim a package was sent to a "wrong address", as CRP only ships to the address provided by the customer and CRP is not responsible to figure out where I live. I am responsible for that information and its accuracy.
I agree to follow tracking with the postal carrier and that the shop receives no other information than I can receive myself from tracking. I understand that Columbus Road Prints is a a small business and does not have the resources of major stores like Amazon and agree to be kind and fair to small business transactions. Major retail chains do not send me free merchandise with every order. I understand that this is a Perk with Columbus Road Prints.
